Daniel Nessim

Daniel Nessim is the owner and founder of A&C Management, a company that provides boutique financial and insurance benefits to small- to medium-sized businesses. Danny has been working with businesses and their employees for over 20 years by focusing on building relationships and providing world class service to its clients.

Daniel has served as a trusted financial professional and insurance consultant across many different business lines including major media and fashion companies. Using his knowledge and charisma Danny has developed key relationships with many professional and accounting firms. Mr. Nessim believes that providing superior quality service to his clients is the most intrinsic part of his business.

Professionally, Mr. Nessim holds an accounting degree and performed auditing services for a top-NYC accounting firm. His business is based in Great Neck, NY, but he is a licensed agent in several other states including CT, NJ, FL, CO, and VA in the areas of health, life and securities.

Mr. Nessim is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. He is also a partner in Pro Benefits, a company which provides retirement plans and employee benefits.

Mr. Nessim resides in Jericho, NY with his wife and two boys.

Claudia McNally

Claudia McNally is the Senior Account Executive for A&C Management Group. Claudia has been with the company since its inception. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of personal lines, business insurance, administration and insurance consulting. In Claudia’s current role, she is responsible for bringing in new business, servicing clients and providing products such as health, life and disability insurance. Claudia is a licensed Life and Health agent and her vast knowledge and experience in these markets makes her priceless. She has a special expertise in the Medicare arena and is part of an analytical team that continues to work on savings and quality of service for all of our existing clients. Claudia's attention to detail and drive to excel continues to foster lasting relationships with both clients and carriers.

Jason Ruvin

Vice President of Sales

Jason Ruvin has worked in the Insurance and Securities Industry for the past 4 years. He has recently joined A&C Management in the capacity of VP of sales.

Mr. Ruvin will be handling reviews of life insurance, disability and long term care policies.

His philosophy focuses on the putting the client first.

He is a graduate from the University at Buffalo and currently lives in Jericho. Mr. Ruvin currently volunteers at the local JCC and American diabetes association. He is currently licensed in NY and NJ and has his Life and health, series 6 and series 63.

Rosie Olivar

Rosie Olivar has been with A&C Management Group since February of 1998. Her primary responsibilities include the management of the Agency’s financial operations, staff support, development of marketing programs, and quality control. Rosie's exceptional service and knowledge is why she is in charge of the administration in the securities division of the company. She is part of a strategic team that services existing clients and keeps the company informed of any and all of their needs. Rosie's dedication to providing customers with the best service is unparalleled.

Adam Nessim, MD

Dr. Adam Nessim is a physician with an interest in sports and regenerative medicine. He is also a licensed life and health insurance broker with experience in 8+ years business development and corporate benefits. He serves as a business strategist for A&C management.
