3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
3.1 Description of SMS Use Cases

3.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
A&C Management Group, LTD, along with any mobile carriers or service providers involved in delivering SMS messages, shall not be liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program. Service availability may be affected by your carrier, device compatibility, or network conditions.

4. Age Restriction
